If this happens on all of your discs though, well. If it still doesn't work, I'd go to your retailer and ask for a replacement disc as chances are your disc is indeed damaged. Always also hold the games by their sides, not the top or bottom, to ensure they wouldn't get grimy by your own hands. Just do not use alcohol to clean them ever. Some people simply spray Windex on them and wipe them with paper towels but I haven't ever used that method.
I clean my discs using microfiber cloth, doing straight lines from the inner portion towards the outer. If it's only this very specific disc, I'd say that your disc is either, well, dirty or damaged. Hey again Does this happen with all discs or only this specific one.? Can you try any other disc to make sure ?
